Portaccomm building systems have successfully gathered the knowledge and technology to be the leader in designing and building a cost effective, time saving, highly innovative and quality home.

From design, steel rollforming, manufacture and construction, all are produced by Portaccomm in-house operations. Subsequently we are not susceptible to third party supply issues and cost additions, such as delivery delays, additional transport expenses, industrial disputes and extended lead times.

The benefits of our technology and quality assured products, begin with a unique computer design system producing a three dimensional view of the project. This ensures an accurate creation of not only detailed construction drawings, and quantity lists but enables an electronic walk thru of the building to ensure any client expectations are addressed. Errors are easily identified and engineering is all carried out in one process.

The next stage from computer design, client approval and engineering is roll forming and assembly. The roll forming process transforms cold form steel to:

  • “C” channel
  • Flashings
  • Corrigated
  • Portadek
  • Bullnosing

These products emerge accurately cut to length, notched, dimpled, punched and individually labeled. This maximizes quality and efficiency in assembly which is ground breaking within the industry.

Prior industry procedures involved purchasing the roll formed product in shape form only. Then the complicated process of assembly requiring manual measuring, cutting, drilling, welding or riveting was necessary.

Once assembled in our factory the final assembled steel product are packaged to suit either the owner builder in kit form or delivered to site for assembly and final construction by Portaccomm.
