New Building and Steel Technology Available to WA

Founded in 2005 in a fast moving North-West construction industry, Portaccomm Building systems looked not only into changing the way steel framed buildings were built, but also to provide steel framing products which exceed expectations in regards to time, strength and quality of construction. This was achievable utilizing new steel roll forming and computer software technology all located under one roof in a new purpose built factory. To-date Portaccomm has developed into a quality managed AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.

The fundamental company goal is to satisfy our customer’s needs and expectations either internally or externally with superior quality and on time delivery.

To help achieve this it is company policy to constantly improve the quality of our products and the service. To ensure our success all employees are required to comply with our company policy and strive for the good of the company.

The standards and reliability of our service are the concern of all our personnel. All contractors are made aware of our policy for quality which is regularly reviewed to ensure its suitability to our company.

Portaccomm Pty Ltd is committed to quality we strive to achieve and maintain a management system that meets the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 quality management standard. It is our commitment to quality and standards that is our goal to pass on to our customers.

Together, we have produced a self sufficient company that has over 40 experienced staff and has built its own training centre to train young indigenous and non indigenous people to offer apprenticeships in various trades.

Our knowledge gathered to date was through our involvement of various projects across the state: Searipple 800man camp, BHP Ravensthorp 1400man camp, upgrade and extensions to nifty nickel mine, Rhodes ridge,Mt Gibson, Burrup fertilizers, Brockman camp upgrade, Karratha housing projects, Dampier intercourse island engineering and fabrication 4km of conveyor hoods, Dampier 7 mile locomotive facility: Wash down bay, hydraulics and locomotive service pump systems, on-going plant and trades hire and continuous fabrication to workshop facility. Dampier port upgrade structures and conveyor systems.

We are also pre-qualified and quality assured with BHP, Rio Tinto, Woodside, Pilbara Iron and Hamersley Iron.
